Cooper Lofts opened its doors in Fall 2003 in Downtown Dayton, Oh at the Corner of Second St. & St. Clair Street.  The project combined the historic charm of the old Seitz & George warehouse with the clean, modern lines of new construction.  A unique blend of old & new, the Cooper Lofts and Rogero Buckman Architects were recognized with an AIA merit award for architecture in 2006.

The building includes 2 commercial spaces and 24 residential units (7 warehouse conversion units and 17 new construction.)  The layout for each space is unique.  There are 3 bedroom flats, townhomes with soaring ceilings and loft bedrooms, and units with 100 years of character, including exposed bricks and beams.

Adjacent to Cooper Park , near Canal Walk, and 2 short blocks from Riverscape, there is no shortage of green space nearby.  Parking is available on the premises, on the street and at nearby lots and garages.
